Meet Aeva

At Foot Forte Podiatry we are a busy, growing clinic with a small team and we spend most of our time in front of our patients. This means it’s difficult for us to answer the phone, and to respond to enquiries as quickly as we would like. That’s why we have introduced Aeva.

Our AI- powered phone receptionist

Aeva is our AI- powered patient assistant who is available 24/7 when you phone our clinic. She will introduce herself so you will always know if you are taking to Aeva rather than a real human. Aeva can help with booking, rescheduling or cancelling appointments, confirming appointment details and answering frequently asked questions. She is also able to take a message to pass on to a practitioner.

Personalised care is always here

Introducing Aeva into Foot Forte Podiatry allows us to spend more time doing what we do best: caring for you. If you need personalised advice, or have a more complex query, our team is always here to help. We are notified of every call, and can access a transcript and recording for review, so we will step in whenever needed. If you would prefer to speak with a human, then simply say you want to speak to a member of the team and we will be in touch.
